Cons: In game keybinding and recognition.
The people that are rating this low because of it's size are just ridiculous. If it's not sized appropriately for your hands you shouldn't have bought it. I got mine from Best Buy because I am concerned about size and comfort with a mouse. They usually have them on display but guess what if they don't an employee will let you open it up to check out the feel. I had to open one up at the store to make sure it was comfortable and they had no problem with that. That alone is why I bought from Best Buy and not some online retailer. All mice are sized and shaped differently, that's not a reason to give a poor rating.
The software however is an issue in my opinion. Most problems are solved with the recent release of the 1.09 drivers on 1/14/11. But if you use the in game button assignments the special functions will not work if the button is pushed while your cursor is over any part of the UI, i.e. action bars, unitframes, map and such. You have to move it over the gameplay area. To get around this issue I remapped all my buttons in the Steelseries software to the usual keyboard keybinds and now the mouse functions superbly.
Overall I think the mouse is amazing and has greatly improved gameplay for me.
